第十七、「色心不二」中，心者，據體大也。智者，約相大也。法身，通體相也。以融攝故，隨說皆得。由與用為本，故能現色也。然用能物機，故上云「隨染業幻所作」也。

Seventeenth: In "the non-duality of matter and mind," "mind" is based on the greatness of essence. "Wisdom" concerns the greatness of characteristics. "Dharmakāya" pervasive to essence and characteristics. Because of their mutual containment and integration, whichever is stated is acceptable. Since they serve as the root for function, they are able to manifest matter. However, function can respond to the capacities of beings; hence it was said above: "that which is produced by the illusion of defiled karma."
