10.2

論初、標立。疏　雖得無念等者，謂得覺無念之始覺也。本無起者，即四相本無念故。待何等者，以因不覺有始覺，今不覺既無，始覺亦絕也。

Treatise: First, marking and establishing. Commentary: 'Although attaining freedom from thought…' refers to actualized enlightenment that attains awakening to freedom from thought. 'Fundamentally without arising' means that the four marks are originally free from thought. 'What is there to wait for…': because actualized enlightenment exists dependent on non-enlightenment, now that non-enlightenment no longer exists, actualized enlightenment is also eliminated.
