水性不動者，即前水非動性。風息顯水者，即前云：若風止滅，動相則滅，濕性不壞。餘一一別配可知。

"The nature of water being motionless" refers to the earlier statement that water is not of a moving nature. "The wind ceasing reveals the water" refers to the earlier statement: "If the wind ceases, the moving mark then ceases, while the wet nature is not destroyed." The rest can be known by matching them one by one.
