12.31

論　依二乘下，二、治。疏　無學等者，此是見等四住煩惱，辟支、羅漢悉能離故。

The Śāstra states: "Relying on the two vehicles..." Below, second: antidote. Commentary: "Those beyond training" and so on: these are the afflictions of the four entrenchments, such as views, because pratyekabuddhas and arhats are all capable of being free from them.
