三中，障。疏　以能下，釋名，可知。法執修惑者，所知障中俱生之分，以修道所斷，故名修惑。

In the third [section], the hindrance. Commentary: "Because it is able..." below explains the name, which can be understood. The afflictions of cultivation belonging to attachment to dharmas are the innate portion within the cognitive hindrance; because they are severed by the path of cultivation, they are named "afflictions of cultivation."
