以妄下，二、結屬相應心也。內熏是枝末不覺，外熏是所現六塵，以能起因緣麁顯故，所起事識亦復明著。

From "Taking delusion..." downward is the second part, concluding by attributing it to the concomitant mind. The internal perfuming is the branch non-enlightenment, and the external perfuming is the six dusts that are manifested. Because the producing causes and conditions are coarse and manifest, the produced evolving consciousness is also clear and prominent.
