13.2

論　生滅相者，以立義分中云：是心生滅因緣相。於中，生滅與因緣已如上釋，今則分別相之一字，故言復次。然是生滅家之相，故兼言也。

[Regarding] the text of the treatise, "The marks of arising and ceasing": because it says in the section on setting forth the meaning: "these are the marks of the causes and conditions of the mind's arising and ceasing." Within that, "arising and ceasing" and "causes and conditions" have already been explained above; now it differentiates the single character "marks" (lakṣaṇa); hence it says "Furthermore". Since they are the marks of arising and ceasing, they are spoken of together.
