14.2

問有三段：一、指前按定。論　悉有真如等者，凡是有情皆具本覺，無二圓滿，以皆具故，熏義合齊，故云等皆。

The question has three sections: first, pointing to the preceding to establish the premise. Treatise: "All possess tathatā," etc.: All sentient beings are fully endowed with original enlightenment, non-dual and complete. Because all are endowed with it, the meaning of perfuming should be equal; hence it says "equally all."
