二、攝別中，論　無量行緣者，若干種心皆須稱可，隨時方便難以具陳，不能言數，故云無量。如《法華》說觀音、妙音現化等，即斯事也。

Second, in subsuming the particulars: in the treatise, "limitless conditions of practice" means that manifold types of minds must all be accorded with; the expedients adapted to the occasion are difficult to expound completely and cannot be counted, hence they are called "limitless." This is just like what the Lotus Sūtra describes regarding Avalokiteśvara and Gadgadasvara manifesting transformations and so forth.
