The treatise states: "Down to..."—surpassing those sands of the Gaṅgā, it says "down to"; "fully complete" means lacking nothing. The intent is: down to exceeding the number of the sands of the Gaṅgā, their principles and meanings are all fully complete, without any deficiency. The commentary states: "If this..." onward—using cultivation to reveal nature; this is revelation by contrary. "Having realized..." onward—direct explanation, as in the text. Like a sea containing jewels which other people do not know of; when a sea-crosser has obtained them from the bottom, how could one not believe?
