疏　問既下，十一，不能熏令發心難。如前所說，眾生所以能起厭求，皆由本覺內熏之力。既若元有本覺，何不同他諸佛早熏起厭求耶？

[Regarding the text of the] commentary: From "Question: Since..." downward, 11. The objection regarding the inability to perfume and cause the aspiration to arise. As previously explained, the reason sentient beings are able to give rise to loathing and seeking is entirely due to the internal perfuming power of original enlightenment. Since they originally possess original enlightenment, why do they not, like the other Buddhas, perfume and give rise to loathing and seeking early on?
