二、執相。疏　隨緣等者，此明真如隨無明緣，成世間法。以不敏故，謂真體中本有此染。

Second, the mark of attachment. Commentary: "Accompanying conditions..." and so on: This clarifies that tathatā, accompanying the conditions of avidyā, forms mundane dharmas. Because they are not discerning, they think that the true essence fundamentally contains this defilement.
