一、時勝。疏　隣初地者，從初住至初地為一僧祇，今十迴向與初地相近，是隣真故。

First, "Superiority of Time":
Regarding the Commentary's "Bordering on the first bhūmi": from the initial stage of abiding to the first bhūmi is one asaṃkhyeya [kalpa]; now the ten dedications are close to the first bhūmi, which means bordering on the true.
