18.20

修行信心分者，修謂學習，行謂進趣，所行五種，如下自辨。信心者，起忍樂意。境有四種，亦如下辨。來意等者，此約論題所配，若準立義分中所立，即與分別發趣道相並當乘義。

As for the "Section on Cultivating Practice and the Faith Mind": "cultivation" means learning and practicing; "practice" means advancing towards. The practices cultivated are of five kinds, as will be distinguished below. "Faith mind" means giving rise to an attitude of receptive assent and joy. Its objects are of four kinds, as will also be distinguished below. "The reason for its coming..." and so forth correlates with the treatise's title; if based on what was established in the Section on Setting Forth the Meaning, then together with the Marks of Setting Out on the Path by Conceptual Differentiation, it corresponds to the meaning of the Vehicle.
