據定中，初據定。得自然下，是得禪。自然飲食者，禪悅食故，或於禪中得人間上妙飲食。
Under "Relying on concentration," first is relying on concentration. From "obtaining spontaneous" onward is attaining dhyāna. "Spontaneous food and drink" refers to the food of the joy of dhyāna, or in dhyāna one obtains superior, exquisite human food and drink.
