20.11

精進中，論　以起等者，既發如是希欲之心，應行是事而無怠墮，斯則以思無益，不如於學，故一切善法勤而行之。苟能無處不修，無時不作，勤勇匪懈，心不厭捨，則自然成就自利利他也。

Under "Vigor," the Śāstra says: "By giving rise to, etc.": having generated such an aspiring mind, one should practice these things without indolence; this is because thinking without benefit is not as good as learning, so one should diligently practice all wholesome dharmas. If one can cultivate everywhere and act at all times, with valiant diligence without laxity, and a mind that does not grow weary or abandon it, then one will naturally accomplish benefiting oneself and benefiting others.
