20.16

即觀中，論　雖念因緣等者，即前非無義也。而亦下，即前非有義也。疏　不分配者，以前影後故。

Under "Insight as such," the Treatise says: "Although mindful of causes and conditions..." This is the preceding "sense of not non-existent." "And yet..." below is the preceding "sense of not existent." The Commentary says: "Not distributed": because the former reflects the latter.
