20.26

聖意中，論　勝方便者，即念佛三昧、十六觀門，及佛願力等。隨願下，如《隨願往生經》所說：十方皆有淨土，若欲生者，隨願往生。

Under 'the sacred intention,' the treatise states: 'superior expedients' refers to the mindfulness-of-the-Buddha samādhi, the sixteen gates of contemplation, the power of the Buddha's vows, and so on. Below 'according to their vows,' it is as stated in the Suiyuan wangsheng jing: 'There are pure lands in all the ten directions; if one wishes to be born, one is reborn according to one's vows.'
