今不下，三、結成。不壞曲而等遍者，即音以成圓。不動遍而差韻者，即圓以為音也。是乃正遍而差、即差而遍，由是無不聞聲，無不正解。

[The passage from] "now without" onwards is, third, establishing the conclusion. "Without destroying the melody yet equally pervasive" uses sound to constitute completeness. "Without moving pervasiveness yet differing in tones" uses completeness to constitute sound. This is precisely: right while being pervasive it differs, and being precisely different it is pervasive. Because of this, there is no sound unheard, and no understanding that is not correct.
