三、廣論悟。因於廣論者，此有二意：一則於經不解，於論方解，仍須假於廣部，或尋諸論，方解佛意，此即劣於後段少文而攝多義得解者，此如疏釋；二則隨彼一一解釋悉能了故，此則根勝，強於次文也。

Third, awakening through extensive śāstras. "Relying on extensive śāstras" has two meanings: first, not understanding from the sūtras but only understanding from a śāstra, and moreover having to rely on an extensive division or consult various śāstras before understanding the Buddha's intent; this is inferior to the subsequent section where one understands from few words that encompass many meanings, as explained in the commentary. Second, being able to comprehend along with each and every explanation; this indicates superior faculties, stronger than the subsequent text.
