8.56

非直下，三、躡下句以辨攝義。其猶金能成像，像不離金；水能生波，波不離水。即三藏之中能藏之義。

"Not only...", third, following up on the subsequent line to distinguish the meaning of "subsuming". It is like gold being able to form images, where the images are not separate from the gold; or water being able to produce waves, where the waves are not separate from the water. This is the meaning of "that which contains" among the three storehouses.
