三、辨利益。疏　不造惡等者，前念雖起，但是惑門。止後不生，終非業道。意地既止，即身口不為也。

Third, discerning the benefit. Commentary: In "does not commit evil," etc., although the preceding thought arises, it is merely the gateway of affliction. By halting so that subsequent ones do not arise, it ultimately does not become the path of karma. Once the mental ground is halted, the body and mouth do not act.
