問：先有本覺，何不早熏令起厭求？答：此無明厚薄不同，因緣互闕不等。

Question: If they previously possessed innate awakening, why did it not perfume them earlier to make them give rise to revulsion and seeking? Answer: This is because the thickness of avidyā differs, and the presence or lack of causes and conditions is unequal.
