2.23

復次，真如者，依言說建立，有二種別：一真實空，究竟遠離不實之相，顯實體故；二真實不空，本性具足無邊功德，有自體故。

"Furthermore, tathatā, when established in reliance on verbal expression, has two kinds of distinction: first, genuinely empty, because it is ultimately free from unreal marks and reveals the real essence; second, genuinely non-empty, because its original nature is replete with boundless virtues and it possesses its own essence."
