如海水與波，非一非異。波因風動，非水性動。若風止時，波動即滅，非水性滅。

Like ocean water and waves, they are neither one nor different. Waves move due to the wind, but it is not the nature of water that moves. If the wind ceases, the movement of the waves ceases, but the nature of water does not cease.
