唯取法癡一種，名曰無明。由此法癡，於世間業不得自在，名為障彼智也。

Taking solely the single kind, dullness regarding phenomena, it is called nescience. Due to this dullness regarding phenomena, one fails to attain mastery regarding worldly karma; this is termed obstructing that wisdom.
