此義云何？以其心性本來清淨，無明力故，染心相現；雖有染心，而常明潔無有改變。復以本性無分別故，雖復遍生一切境界，而無變易。
"What does this mean? Because its mind-nature is originally pure, through the power of ignorance, the marks of a defiled mind appear; although there is a defiled mind, it is constantly luminous and clean, without alteration. Furthermore, because its original nature is free from discrimination, although it universally produces all sense-realms, it does not change."
