3.83

此由無始已來，妄執依正不同，所有習氣熏在第八識中，雖不與現行轉識相應俱起，而此習氣種子力故，未能任運現相及土，名為現色不相應染。若入第八色自在地，則此習氣永除，故能依中現正，正中現依也。

From beginningless time, because of falsely clinging to the difference between dependent and proper [rewards], all the habit energies perfumed into the eighth consciousness, although not arising in association with the active transforming consciousness, yet through the power of these seeds of habit energy, one is unable to manifest forms and lands spontaneously; this is named the unassociated defilement of manifesting forms. If one enters the eighth stage of mastery over forms, these habit energies are permanently eliminated, and therefore one can manifest proper [rewards] within dependent [rewards], and manifest dependent [rewards] within proper [rewards].
