次觀受想行識四蘊不成就也。四運推求剎那心法，謂未生、欲生、生、生已，無暫時住，毫無實法，但有名字而已。

Next is contemplating that the four aggregates of sensation, perception, mental formations, and consciousness are unestablished. Inquiring into momentary mental phenomena through the four phases—namely, not yet arisen, about to arise, arising, and already arisen—they do not abide for even a brief moment; there is no real phenomenon whatsoever, but merely names.
