無明熏義亦二種別：一、根本熏，成就業識義；二、見愛熏，成就分別事識義。

[Śāstra:] The meaning of the perfuming of nescience also has two distinctions: first, fundamental perfuming, accomplishing the meaning of the karmic consciousness; second, perfuming of view and craving, accomplishing the meaning of the discriminating phenomenon consciousness.
