三者如經中說，如來藏具足一切諸性功德，不增不減。凡愚聞已不解其義，則執如來藏有色、心法自相差別。

Third: as stated in the sūtras, the Tathāgatagarbha is fully endowed with all natural virtues, neither increasing nor decreasing. When the ordinary and foolish hear this and do not understand its meaning, they cling to the Tathāgatagarbha as having individual characteristics and distinctions of physical and mental phenomena.
