四者如經中說，一切世間諸雜染法皆依如來藏起，一切法不異真如。凡愚聞之不解其義，則謂如來藏具有一切世間染法。
Fourth, as stated in the sūtras, all the defiled dharmas of the world arise relying on the tathāgatagarbha, and all dharmas are not different from tathatā. Ordinary foolish people, upon hearing this, fail to understand its meaning and say that the tathāgatagarbha intrinsically possesses all the defiled dharmas of the world.
