5.43

分別修行正道相者，謂一切如來得道正因，一切菩薩發心修習，令現前故。略說發心有三種相：一、信成就發心；二、解行發心；三、證發心。

Distinguishing the marks of practicing the correct path means the correct causes for all Tathāgatas to attain the path, and that all bodhisattvas arouse the mind and cultivate, causing it to manifest. Briefly stated, arousing the mind has three marks: first, arousing the mind through the perfection of faith; second, arousing the mind through understanding and conduct; third, arousing the mind through realization.
