此即煩惱無盡誓願斷也。自未度脫，欲度他人，無有是處，故首明之。其實四弘在一心中，非有先後。
This is the vow to cut off endless afflictions. To desire to deliver others when oneself is not yet delivered is impossible; therefore it is explained first. In truth, the four great vows are within the one mind, with no precedence or succession.
