作是願已，於一切時，隨己堪能，修行自利利他之行。行住坐臥，常勤觀察應作不應作，是名修觀。

"Having made these vows, at all times, according to one's capability, one cultivates practices that benefit oneself and benefit others. Walking, standing, sitting, or lying down, one constantly and diligently contemplates what should be done and what should not be done. This is called cultivating special insight."
