6.97

謂當觀世間一切諸法生滅不停，以無常故苦，苦故無我。應觀過去法如夢，現在法如電，未來法如雲，忽爾而起。應觀有身悉皆不淨，諸蟲穢污，煩惱和雜。

"That is, one should contemplate that all worldly phenomena arise and cease without ceasing; because they are impermanent, they are suffering; because they are suffering, they are non-self. One should contemplate past phenomena as like a dream, present phenomena as like lightning, and future phenomena as like clouds, suddenly arising. One should contemplate that embodied existence is entirely impure, foul with various worms, and mixed with afflictions."
