次辨其理。菩薩正觀，知前所取畢竟無法，不但無性，相亦不有。無法即是遣情之理（此二門竟）。

Next, distinguishing its principle: the bodhisattva's correct contemplation knows that what was previously grasped is ultimately without dharmas; not only is there no intrinsic nature, even marks do not exist. The absence of dharmas is precisely the principle that eliminates attachments (this completes the second gate).
