問曰：何故法假之中四假皆正，名、受二中有正有傍？釋言：法通四俱是正，名、受局故，有正有傍。

Question: Why is it that within the provisionality of dharmas all four provisionalities are primary, whereas within the two of names and reception there are primary and secondary? Explanation: Dharmas are pervasive, so all four are primary; names and reception are restricted, and therefore have primary and secondary.
