11.75

次約人分定。如《地持》說：眾生緣者，與外道共，外道亦依世俗淨禪修四無量，彼緣眾生欲與其樂，故眾生緣與彼共也。法緣無量與二乘共，二乘亦見五陰法數無我人故。無緣無量不與聲聞辟支佛共，二乘不能見法性相畢竟空故（此二門竟）。

Next, determining them in relation to persons: as the Bodhisattva-bhūmi states, the condition of sentient beings is shared with non-Buddhists, for non-Buddhists also rely on mundane pure dhyāna to cultivate the four immeasurables; taking sentient beings as conditions, they wish to give them joy, so the condition of sentient beings is shared with them. The immeasurable with the condition of dharmas is shared with the two vehicles, for the two vehicles also see that the dharmic factors of the five aggregates are without self and person. The unconditioned immeasurable is not shared with śrāvakas and pratyekabuddhas, because the two vehicles cannot see the nature and characteristics of dharmas as ultimately empty (this concludes the second sub-section).
