次約五受分別十想。如龍樹說，初三後三若無漏者，喜樂及捨三根相應。在初二禪，喜根相應。在第三禪，樂根相應。在餘禪中，捨根相應。自餘一切四根相應，除一切苦根。十想如是。

Next, the ten perceptions are distinguished in terms of the five feelings: As Nāgārjuna says, if the first three and last three are untainted, they correspond with the three faculties of joy, pleasure, and equanimity. In the first and second dhyānas, they correspond with the faculty of joy. In the third dhyāna, they correspond with the faculty of pleasure. In the remaining dhyānas, they correspond with the faculty of equanimity. All the rest correspond with four faculties, excluding all faculties of pain. The ten perceptions are thus.
