問：等是二諦因緣，何故第一義諦合而不開，世諦開而不合耶？解云：世諦是空有，第一義諦是有空。第一義諦差別無差別，世諦無差別差別。第一義諦二不二，世諦不二二。為是故，世諦開而不合，第一義諦合而不開也。

Question: Given that both are equally conditions of the two truths, why is the ultimate truth integrated without differentiation, and the conventional truth differentiated without integration? It is explained: The conventional truth is empty existence, while the ultimate truth is existent emptiness. The ultimate truth is without distinction within distinction, while the conventional truth is distinction within the absence of distinction. The ultimate truth is non-dual within duality, while the conventional truth is dual within non-duality. For this reason, the conventional truth is differentiated without integration, and the ultimate truth is integrated without differentiation.
