問：前明俗橫世竪。俗有二釋：浮虛義，望真釋俗；風俗義，當體釋俗。世有代謝義、隔別義，此望何義釋耶？解云：代謝隔別竝當體釋，世中自有代謝隔別也。

Question: Earlier it was clarified that the conventional is horizontal and the worldly is vertical. For 'conventional' there are two explanations: the meaning of insubstantiality, which explains the conventional in relation to the ultimate; and the meaning of custom, which explains the conventional in terms of intrinsic nature.
