次釋相待義。問：若爾，云何相待？解云：約此義是虛實待、是非待、諦非諦待，不得二諦相待。何者？庶盧唯有一諦，故唯得諦非諦待也。

Next is the explanation of the meaning of mutual dependence. Question: If so, how are they mutually dependent? Explanation: According to this meaning, it is the mutual dependence of false and real, of right and wrong, and of truth and non-truth; there cannot be mutual dependence of the two truths. How so? In the windlass [metaphor] there is only one truth, so there can only be mutual dependence of truth and non-truth.
