文永二年七月十三日，於光明山東谷往生院，敬奉書寫了。願以書寫力，自他開慧眼矣（同移點了）。

On the thirteenth day of the seventh month in the second year of the Bun'ei era [1265 CE], at the Ōjō-in in the Eastern Valley of Mount Kōmyō, reverently transcribed to completion. May the power of this transcription open the eye of wisdom for oneself and others! (The punctuation dots have also been transferred to completion.)
