永仁二年（甲午）十月十五日，於東大寺新禪院，以古本挍合之次，任愚推加點畢。魯魚之至，越度有多歟，頗雖有其恐。粗鑿荒途，後哲必加修治而已。

On the fifteenth day of the tenth month in the second year of the Einin era (Jiawu) [1294 CE], at the Shinzen-in of Tōdai-ji, while collating this against an ancient copy, I added punctuation marks according to my humble judgment. Corruptions and missing characters may have exceeded measure to a considerable degree, which indeed causes me anxiety. Having roughly carved out a rough path, future scholars will surely refine and correct it.
