建長三年十月二十五日丑刻於戒壇院僧房一交了　三論末資汙道沙門聖守

Proofread once in the monk's quarters of the Ordination Platform Hall on the twenty-fifth day of the tenth month of the third year of Kenchō [1251], at the hour of the ox, by the defiled-path śramaṇa Shōshu, final disciple of the Sanlun [lineage].
