二論皆云不有又不無者，非撥喪萬物、閉目塞聰、絕色滅聲，取虛豁混茫之空是真諦也。

Both treatises say "neither existent nor non-existent"; it does not mean discarding the ten thousand things, closing the eyes, stopping the ears, cutting off form and extinguishing sound, and taking hollow, vast emptiness to be the ultimate truth.
