尋此有無之言，豈直反論而已哉。若應有，即是有，不應言無；若應無，即是無，不應言有。

Investigating these words on being and non-being, how could they merely be contradictory statements? If [phenomena] ought to be, then they are being and one ought not to speak of non-being; if they ought to be non-being, then they are non-being and one ought not to speak of being.
