言有是為假有以明非無，借無以辯非有。此事一稱二，其文有似不同。苟領其所同，則無異而不同。

Speaking of being is provisional being to clarify that they are not non-being; borrowing [the term] "non-being" is to discriminate that they are not being. Here the fact is one while the designations are two, and the text seems dissimilar. If one genuinely grasps that in which they are identical, then there is no difference that is not identical.
