1.53

然則般若之門觀空，漚和之門涉有。涉有而未始（暫也）迷虛，故常處（居也）有而不染；不厭（棄也）有而觀空故，觀空而不證。

Thus, the gate of prajñā contemplates emptiness, and the gate of upāya enters into existence. Entering into existence, it is never for a moment (meaning temporarily) deluded regarding the void; therefore it constantly dwells (meaning abides) in existence yet is not defiled. Not rejecting (meaning abandoning) existence, it contemplates emptiness; therefore, contemplating emptiness, it does not realize it.
